Tommy Greco, owner of Ritz Bar and Lounge where year-old Julio Ramirez was last seen alivebroke his six-week silence at a press conference this morning. My only advice is: be aware of your surroundings. Keeping the dealers and the drug crowd out is not beyond the control of bar, but guys who have been dosed spend a lot more money and management knows this. These guys knew he was dying so they took all his money and left him in the cab, otherwise they would have taken less and raped him.
